摘 要 本文以宿城区黄河社区为研究对象，协同治理理论为理论支撑，通过文献研究、个案研究、调查研究等方法对多元主体参与黄河社区智能化治理现状进行调查分析。调查表明，黄河社区管理日趋精细化和智能化、智能化治理效率不断提高、便民智能设施日益完善，存在着多元主体之间互动较少、居民参与智能化治理动力比较缺乏等主要问题，其原因主要是由于多元主体参与黄河社区智能化治理互动机制设置不完备、居民参与智能化治理渠道有限等，同时在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上，从构建良性互动机制，推动黄河社区多元主体之间沟通合作；扩大黄河社区居民智能化治理范围，激发居民参与黄河社区智能化治理动力等方面提出相应对策。 关键词：多元主体 智能化 社区治理 Abstract Taking the Yellow River Community in Sucheng district as the research object and the collaborative governance theory as the theoretical support, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of multi-agent participation in the intelligent governance of the Yellow River community through literature research, case study, investigation and research and other methods.
