供需视角下城市社区居家养老服务问题及对策探析——以成都市龙泉驿区为例.docVIP

摘 要 成都市在1992年步入老龄化社会以来，老龄化问题越来越严峻。根据《成都市2019年老年人口信息和老龄健康事业发展状况报告》的数据来看，截止2019年12月31日，成都市户籍人口为1500.07万人，其中60岁以上的老年人口为316.04万人，占总人数的21.07%，老龄化程度明显高于全国老龄化的平均水平（17.9%），成都市面临着如何合理、妥善地安排老年人的晚年生活这一重大急切的现实问题。 龙泉驿区位于成都三环外，背靠龙泉山，环境优美，空气清新，未来将是成都养老产业发展的主力军。现如今，龙泉驿区委区政府高度重视智慧健康养老事业和产业的发展，致力于建成高水平全生命周期智慧健康养老产业体系。因此，本文以龙泉驿区为样本，运用文献分析法和比较研究法，面对居家养老服务供需失衡的现存问题，对成都市社区居家养老服务的供给现状和需求情况进行深入研究，存在有居家养老难以提供专业化服务、社区养老存在经济负担过重的问题。最终对政府、社会机构和家庭三方提出相应建议，以需求端为引导，从供给端发力，为成都市政府制定居家养老政策提供一定的参考依据。 关键词：居家养老；社区服务；需求调查 Abstract Chengdu has been on aging society since 1992 and the aging problem has become more and more serious. In 2019, according to the chengdu elderly population information and development status of elderly health report, the population of 15million people of Chengdu, the elderly population (aged above 60) for 3.1604 million people, 21.07% of the population, the aging was significantly higher than the national average (17.9%), Chengdu is facing how to reasonably and properly arrange the elderly in later life this major urgent realistic problem.
