This paper USES the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats as well as the evaluation of internal and external factors in the internal and external environment of prefabricated buildings in sichuan province. On this basis, the paper puts forward corresponding development strategies from four aspects: formulating specific building standards, vigorously reducing construction costs, promoting integration of design and construction, improving market share, and cultivating specialized talents, so as to provide Suggestions for the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
