In particular, in large-scale collection operations, illegal activities involving controlled knives have been dealt with accordingly. However, there are still some problems in the current management of controlled tool management, especially after the State Council has cancelled the control of tool licensing. This article explores the issue of controlled tool management in ethnic minority areas. After an overview of related backgrounds and theories, the paper analyzes the status quo and hidden dangers of the current state of minority control tool management in Tengchong City, and points out the current minority in Tengchong City. The problems existing in the management of ethnically controlled tools and the corresponding solutions are proposed. That is, a sound legal mechanism clearly controls the identification of cutting tools, increases the police force, constructs a comprehensive and effective anti-terrorism mechanism, and enhances the strictness of law enforcement and enhances safety precautions.
