摘要：随着新媒体和无纸化阅读的普及与发展，传统传媒行业正在受到严峻的考验，此刻，如何转型升级，发掘其财务系统中的风险与问题变成了重中之重。同时现阶段，我国集团化出版传媒企业正处于发展的关键时期尽管其发展势头良好，消费市场庞大，但是其发展过程中仍然面对这许多风险，其中财务风险是最为突出的因素。在这样的背景下，企业对于风险的防范就显得尤为重要。 本文通过对集团化传媒行业的特点进行分析，发现出版传媒企业普遍缺乏财务风险管理意识，应当构建财务预警系统，同时出版传媒行业的多元化经营容易产生风险，应采取适度经营的策略，还发现出版传媒行业对于借贷资金的使用效率普遍不高，应提高其债务性借贷资金的使用效率，最后通过对出版传媒行业中存在较为典型问题的读者传媒出版有限公司进行案例分析，通过这些分析，帮助出版传媒行业建立起适合自身的财务预警系统，提升其抵制风险的能力和降低财务风险发生的可能。 关键词：集团化出版传媒企业 财务风险 读者传媒 Abstract:With the popularization and development of new media and paperless reading, the traditional media industry is being severely tested.
