摘要 面对激烈的市场,企业的竞争力表现在以更快的速度、更加准确的市场需求信息去捕捉和满足消费者的需求,赢取更多的市场份额,并且获得收益与声望。在经济全球化深入发展的时代,中小企业要参考自身所具备的竞争力优势,充分发挥主观能动性,制定正确的企业竞争策略,并且根据实际进行调整、改革与创新,克服自身的劣势,不断提升自身的竞争力。本文以波特的“菱形理论”为理论基础,借助“微笑曲线”、“劳动力供给曲线”等工具对珠三角中小企业的竞争力进行分析研究,进而提出相关措施。 通过分析研究,本文最终认为,中小企业的市场竞争策略应该随着市场的变化而不断进行调整。珠三角中小企业想要提升国内外市场的竞争力,需要克服自身资金周转困难、投资风险大、市场开发难度大等问题,不断加强企业品牌的建设与推广、掌握核心科技技术、优化人力资源管理,在选择产业、产品、突出集群效应时要充分发挥自身具备的竞争力。政府也要充分重视高新型技术产业的发展、提高全民品牌意识、加强新型人才的培养,为提升珠三角中小企业竞争力提供支持。 关键词:波特菱形理论,珠三角中小企业,竞争力,品牌建设,企业创新 Abstract Facing the fierce market , the competitiveness of enterprises is to capture and satisfy the needs of consumers with faster speed and accurate market demand information , and then to win market share ,gain more income as well as reputation. In the era of deepening economic globalization, SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)should refer to their own competitive advantages, give full play to their subjective initiative, formulate correct corporate competition strategies, and adjust, reform and innovate according to actual conditions, overcome their own disadvantages, and continuously improve its own competitiveness. Based on Porter Diamond Theory, this paper discusses the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta with tools such as Micro-Curve and Labor Supply Curve, and then proposes relevant measurements. Through analysis and research, this paper finally believes that the market competition strategy of SMEs should be continuously adjusted as the market changes. If small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta want to improve the competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets, they need to overcome their own problems of capital turnover, investment risks and market development difficulties and then continue to strengthen the construction and promotion of corporate brands, master core technology and optimize human resource management.
