PAGE PAGE 17 摘要 近年来，由于我国纺织行业劳动力成本高，品牌影响力小等特点，导致了我国纺织服装企业的利润率较低。现在中美贸易战的挑起，主要以提高关税的形式对我国的纺织品产生巨大的影响，在美国发表的对我国纺织产品征收关税的条款里面说明了美国准备对我国的纺织品征收超过20%的关税，但是我国的纺织品的行业利润率保持在5%左右.因此贸易战的开始，将会对我国的纺织服装企业产生重大的影响，所以本文以中美贸易战背景下广东省纺织行业的发展出路作为研究是具有现实意义的。 本文分析了我国纺织服装行业的发展现状，发现纺织行业存在缺少品牌，产品同质化的问题，定价能力有限。与此同时，劳动力和环保成本越来越高，利润率却越来越低，加上我国纺织行业对外依存度较高，因此中美贸易战必定会对其产生重要影响。本文首先分析了贸易战带来的积极影响，然后重点分析了它带来的消极影响。在此基础上，本文提出了应对措施，本文认为，有两种方式可以应对，第一种是要走出去，扩大海外市场；第二种方式就是扩大国内的消费市场，增加国内的消费。 关键词：中美贸易战；发展现状；原因；影响；措施 Abstract In recent years, because of the high labor cost and low brand influence of China textile industry, the profit margin of China textile and apparel enterprises is low. At present, the provocation of Sino-US trade war has a tremendous impact on China fabric mainly in the form of raising tariffs. The terms of tariff imposed on China fabric published in the US indicate that the US intents to more than 20% duty on China textile and apparel industry remains around 5%,therefore,the beginning of the trade war will have a significant impact on China textile and apparel enterprises. So, it is of practical significance to study the development of Guangdong textile industry under the background of Sino-US trade war. Firstly, this paper analyses the current situation of China textile industry ,and point out that there are some problems in the development of spinning and weaving industry, such as lack of brand, homogeneity of products and pricing capacity. At the same time, labor and environmental costs are getting higher, and profit margins are getting lower and lower. In addition, China textile industry is highly dependent on foreign countries, so the Sino-US trade war is bound to have an important impact on it. This paper first analyses the positive impact of trade war, and then focuses on its negative impact.
