PAGE 17 保险事故车现场勘察定损的现状分析及对策 摘要 中国的经济发展日新月异，人们的生活消费水平不断提高，汽车作为一种便利的交通工具，已经成为生活中不可缺少的交通工具.国内汽车行业市场发展的十分迅速。截止到2018年年底，我国的机动车保有量已经达到了3.27亿辆。我国交通运输和汽车行业的迅速发展，给交通出行方面提出了更高得要求。随着我国机动车辆的不断地增多，汽车事故发生也逐渐地增多。为了给广大的车主及受害人生命财产安全得到保障，我国陆续出台一系列法律如“交强险”来保障消费者的合法权益。汽车保险就在这种情况下应运而生。而汽车查勘定损为汽车保险理赔提供事实依据，汽车查勘定损已经成为汽车保险中一个重要的部分。因此。本文就以车辆现场勘查定损为核心，分析我国和外国的汽车保险中现场勘查的现状，本文详细介绍我国事故车现场勘查的内容及相关技术和我国当前事故车现场勘查中存在的一些问题和解决的对策。 关键词：现场勘查；定损；对策 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of peoples living and consumption standards, automobile as a convenient means of transportation, it has become an indispensable means of transportation in life. The domestic automobile industry market is developing very fast. By the end of 2018 , the number of motor vehicles in China had reached 327 million. The rapid development of transportation and automobile industry in China puts forward higher requirements for transportation. With the increasing number of motor vehicles in our country, the accident of vehicle collision is also increasing gradually. In order to ensure the safety of the life and property of the majority of car owners, some of them have been introduced one after another in China. Automobile insurance came into being in this case. And automobile survey and damage provides the factual basis for automobile insurance claims. Therefore, the automobile survey fixed loss has become an important part of automobile insurance. This paper analyzes the present situation of site exploration in automobile insurance in China and foreign countries based on the site survey and loss, and introduces in detail the contents of the site survey of accident vehicles in China and the related technologies, as well as some problems exists in the site investigation of accident vehicles and the countermeasures to solve .
