PAGE 21 海口市社区体育公共服务现状调查分析 摘 要 社区是居民生活娱乐的重要场所，因此将社区的公共服务进一步优化可以让社区居民生活更加便捷，生活质量更好。社会公共服务中较为重要的一部分是体育公共服务，它可以为全体社会公众提供体育服务，让全民都能自由进行体育活动。国家非常看重民生服务。我国已经将社区建设和服务作为重点工作内容，并对体育公共服务做出了要求和指示。体育发展“十二五”“十三五”规划的主要内容要求各地政府加快完善公共体育服务健设，并加大宣传力度让更多的群众参与进来。群众最喜欢以及最常见的体育锻炼场所为社区，因此国家高度重视社区体育公共服务。因此，政府应该注重社区体育公共服务的完善和发展，让居民能够享用更多更好的体育设施和体育公共服务。本文采用献资料法、问卷调查、访谈、实地考察、数理统计等研究方法，从海口市社区体育公共服务现状方面进行研究与分析，针对海口市社区体育公共服务现状中存在的社区体育场地设施不足、社区体育指导员不足，社区体育公共服务不完善，社区活动不足以及在保障社区体育公共服务资金方面存在问题。分析并提出促进海口市体育公共服务发展的解决方案和措施，以促进海口市社区体育公共服务遵循健康的道路发展。 关键词：社区体育；公共服务；现状调查 Investigation and Analysis on the current situation of community sports public service in Haikou City Abstract The community is an important place for the inhabitants to live and play. We can improve the quality of the Communitys public service in order to improve the well-being of the inhabitants and then promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.The more important part of the social public service is the public sports service, which can offer sports services to all citizens, The state attaches great importance to peoples livelihoods, so that all people can exercise sports freely. Whereas the current national key tasks included the construction and services of the Community and whereas the State has made specific requirements and instructions for public services in sport; whereas the main contents of the 12.5-year plan and the thirteenth five-year plan for the development of sport require: local governments speed up the improvement of public sports services and increase public relations so that more people can participate.The most popular and common place for physical activity is the community, so that the State attaches great importance to public non-profit sport.
