本科论文 本科论文 摘 要 目前，作为一个触及多个领域的高附加值服务行业——物流业，其伴随基于大数据的信息技术的飞速发展，物流的营运成本和管理成本都发生了巨大的变化。作为我国尚处在发展中阶段的新型第三方服务行业，许多企业都想成为国内的“领头羊”，因此国内竞争异常激烈，其中大多数为大型、中型民营物流企业，小型物流企业在当今物流业的飞速发展下已经无法立足，其能否为我国物流企业的发展做出贡献。分析近年来物流企业的发展情况，找出目前存在的问题，找到解决的方法，有助于提高企业的核心竞争力，才能在当今物流业飞速发展的环境下立足。德邦快递是以物流运输起家，于2018年正式更名为德邦快递，其拥有近3000多家直营网点，其网点遍布全国，并且与知名物流企业共同建设了配送网络。目前其业务流程存在一些问题。本设计基于Flexsim物流仿真技术，以德邦快递业务流程为研究对象，首先通过实地调研，并以调查得到的数据作为基础，对其业务流程进行仿真建模。 本设计通过对快递公司的业务流程仿真建模，结合实际找出其自身存在的问题，并根据企业现阶段发展情况提出相应的优化方案。 关键词：业务流程；仿真；优化；Flexsim Abstract At At present, as a high value-added service industry that touches many fields -- logistics industry, with the rapid development of information technology based on big data, the operation cost and management cost of logistics have undergone great changes. As our country is still in the phase of developing a new type of third party service industry, many want to become the leader of domestic enterprises, therefore the domestic competition is fierce, most of them large and medium-sized private logistics enterprise, small logistics enterprises under the rapid development of todays logistics industry has been unable to have a foothold, it can contribute to the development of logistics enterprises in China.
