夏热冬冷地区建筑空调节能技术与实践1 2 赵善国,孙博,张小松 东南大学 摘 要:面对日益严重的能源与环境问题,以降低空调峰值负荷,延长非空调时间,合理选择空调末 端,提高系统效率和优化系统运行为技术路线,分析和讨论了夏热冬冷地区部分空调建筑节能关键技术, 并介绍了扬州某工程实例,该工程采用相关绿色设计后设计节能率达 73.8%。分析结果表明,对于夏热冬 冷地区,以上节能措施能够有效提高建筑能效,缓解能源与环境压力。随着居民生活水平的提高和城镇化 道路的推进,未来建筑业和空调需求将迅猛提高,夏热冬冷地区空调建筑节能潜力巨大,建筑节能势在必 行。 关键词:建筑节能;能源与环境;建筑能耗;空调末端;系统效率;夏热冬冷地区 Discussion and Practice on Building Energy Conservation in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zones Zhao Shanguo, Sun Bo, Zhang Xiaosong* Southeast University Abstract: Facing the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems, a few key air conditioning energy conservation technologies were analyzed according to the decrease of air conditioning peak load, the extension of heating and cooling time, the improvement of air conditioning system and equipment efficiency, the reasonable choice of comfortable and efficient air conditioning terminal device, the promotion of system efficiency and optimization of system operation. An engineering example in Yangzhou was also introduced, which had reached the energy conservation rate of 73.8% after taking some energy saving measures. The analysis results showed that the energy conservation measures above would promote the energy efficiency of buildings and ease the pressure of both energy and environment in hot summer and cold winter zone. With the improvement of peoples living standard and the advance of urbanization, the construction industry and air conditioning need would grow rapidly in the future. The air conditioning system had huge energy saving potential in hot summer and cold winter zone, which suggested the imperative of energy conservation.
