PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 7 缓蚀剂批处理对高酸性气田集输工艺的特殊要求 周靖 （中石化石油工程设计有限公司成都分公司，四川 成都610091） 摘要：缓蚀剂批处理是高酸性气田集输工程中有效控制管线内腐蚀的措施之一，但一般集输工艺流程及安装的常规做法经常会遇到操作不合理的问题。为今后类似设计提供借鉴和参考，以普光气田主体、大湾区块及元坝气田等高酸性气田集输工艺设计中遇到的缓蚀剂批处理带来的实际问题为例进行分析总结，得出缓蚀剂批处理对高酸性气田集输工艺流程及安装有特殊要求：对于输气量较大的集气干线尽量采用复线或同沟敷设的管网布局；对于有复线经过的集气站场，出站管线应分别接入复线，并要精确计量进入每条管线的输气量；如果一条集气干线经过若干集气站场，建议沿线经过的集气站场都设置收发球装置。 关键词：高酸性气田；缓蚀剂；批处理；集输工艺 Special Needs of Corrosion Inhibitor Batch Processing for Gathering Process in High Sour Gas Field Zhou Jing (Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Corporation Chengdu Company, Chengdu, 610000, China) Abstract: Corrosion inhibitors batch processing is one of the effective method to inhibit inner pipeline’s corroding under highly acidic gas gathering and transportation project, but general operations for gathering process and installation process are always irrational when applying on this kind of project. To give a reliable reference for future design of highly acidic gas gathering and transportation project, this paper draws a conclusion about some special requirements for gathering process and installation process from some real problems of corrosion inhibitors batch processing which had been come across during the construction of the Puguang gas field, The Dawan gas field and the Yuanba gas field. When the gas gathering trunk line has larger transmission capacity, the pipeline network layout would be better to employ double-track pipelines or one ditch laying pipelines; when the gas gathering station drilled through by double-track pipelines, all outgoing pipelines should be connected to the double-track pipelines respectively, and each pipeline’s gas transmission flux should be measured accurately; when a single gas gathering trunk line drills through several gas gathering stations, the stations along the route are recommended to set receiver and launcher.
