酉北T业人学硕(：学位论文 酉北T业人学硕(：学位论文 摘要 摘要 随着知识经济的到来，顾客需求将向多样化、个性化发展，产品生命周期将 越来越短，市场竞争则日趋激烈。企业外部环境的瞬息万变造成原有的企业组织 模式无法适应这种新的形势。在这种情况下，虚拟企业应运而生。虚拟企业的出 现及其以分布、协调的方式实现项目任务的新的组织模式，给项目管理的研究和 应用都提出了新的挑战。 本文结合国防基础科研项目一敏捷化虚拟制造技术研究，分析了虚拟企业 的运行特点，概述了项目管理及其支撑技术的概念和理论，结合虚拟企业环境 下项目管理的特点．给出了虚拟企业环境下项目的层次结构模型及其描述规则， 并分析了项目管理系统体系结构，采用图形化方法建立了任务流模型，运用最 小时差和最小LS优化法，实现了进度计划的多目标优化。同时．对原型系统进 行了功能模块划分，并对各个模块的功能设计进行了描述，在此基础上，运用 组件技术对各功能模块进行了详细设计，最后，提出了系统的安全策略。从而 保证了系统对虚拟企业运行过程中的任务流进行正确的管理与监控，使项目顺 利进行。 关键诃：虚拟企业项目管理层次结构组件建模与优化 两北T业人学顶”I‘学位论文 两北T业人学顶”I‘学位论文 AB s，瞰CT ABSTRACT As the knowledge economy approaches，customers’need tmns to diversification and individuation．Product cycle becomes shorter and shorter．Market competition is increasingly keen．The changing external environment leads the original business organizations to the inadaptability to the new formation．Under this situation，virtual enterprises come into being．It brings the research and application of project management new challenges that virtual enterprises and its new organization model in realizing project by the means ofdistributing and harmonious． Based on national defense foundation scientific research projeet--geserch On Technology OfAgile Manufacture，the paper discusses running characteristic of the virtual enterprise，and suramarizes the basic co／leeption and theory of project management and the key technology which is used in designing the projeet management systems．The article offers hierarchy model and rule that describes the project in virtual emerpdse．Combining the characteristic of project management under the situation of virtual enterprise，the paper analyses project management systems architecture and adopts graphic means to found task flow model，realizes multi-object optimization of scheduled plan．At the same time，the paper divides prototype system into functional modules，and describes functional designing ofeach module，then
