According to the existing break- ing-point models which analyze economic interactions among cities, the paper constructs breaking-point track model of regional logistics. In the breaking-point track model, the regional logistics size is integrated, which consists of relevant industries GDP(Gross Domestic Product) of logistics, wholesale retail GDP, employees of logistics industry, freight traffic , freight ton-kilometers and possession of trucks. Also, it represents logis- tics competency in the internal environment, and the breaking-points visually represent competition results a- mong regional logistics in the external environment.
