Performance management has been implemented for more than 1 0 years in Zhengzhou mobile communication company.Performance management concept has
been deeply rooted in the hearts of people.qhe company has been formed with the
”good performance is heroes”,”reward the excellent,punishment the bad”cultural atmosphere.The results of the performance evaluation has been used effectively.But the mobile Intemet Era has arrived.Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Performance management as an important tool for the management of
enterprise target is becoming more and more important.At the same time,the existing problems of the original performance management system are also becoming more and more obviously.
This paper reviews the development of performance management in Zhengzhou
mobile communication company.At the same time,the company performance management of the status in—depth analysis.To point out the main problems at present First,the performance management system needs to be further optimized.The second is is the performance management process to implement the normative need to further s仃engthen.The third is is the performance evaluation index of the discipline and the
need to strengthen the standardization.The fourth is the basic principles of
