With the development of social economy and the improvement of peoples living standard, people pay more and more attention to happiness. In recent years, the direction of domestic happiness research gradually tends to application type. Happiness index has become an important index of the peoples livelihood. And promoting the happiness index became the governments policy orientation. Now women in the social play the role of half the sky, but with the increasing competitive pressures in the society, women face with the growth of life and work pressure each day. At the same time, more and more womens federations around have concerned women happiness. To The womens Federation, promoting women’s well-being has became a new social function. Therefore, it is necessary to research the functions of the womens Federation on promoting women’s well-being with scientific methods. Then, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to the women’s Federation so as to enhance the womens quality of life and the level of happiness. The first part of this article is to collate the basic concepts and related theories of happiness and analyze the influence factors of female happiness and collate the strategy of promoting female happiness, and expatiate the basic concept of the womens Federations. The second part of this article is to make a questionnaire of women’s well-being combining the previous research, and more than two hundred Shanghai women have been tested. Then, analyse Shanghai womens subjective well-being and the seven influence factors, namely the female role attitude, p
