PAGE PAGE IV 腹腔镜与宫腔镜施行子宫粘膜下大肌瘤切除术的疗效比较 英文摘要 Analysis of hysteroscopic myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in treatment of large submucous myomas Abstract Objective: To discuss the method, results and clinical value of laparoscopic myomectomy in treatment of large submucous myomas. Methods: Retrospective cohort study of 54 patients by hysteroscopic myomectomy and 41 patients by laparoscopic myomectomy performed at our hospital between Jan. 2008 and Mar.2012(size of myoma≥30mm). The duration of operation、bleeding volume 、the average of hospitalization days, the time of bowel function recurrence were compared. Results: Total 95 operations were successful, with no postoperative complications or fatality. The statistical discrepancy in bleeding amount and operation time exists between different size of submucous myomas. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences between the two groups in operation time and bleeding amount（P0.05. Hysteroscopic group were superior to laparoscopic group in passage of gas by anus 、the average of hospitalization days(P0.05) . Conclusion: Based on our results, laparoscopic myomectomy is a safe, accurate and highly-efficient procedure in the treatment of large submucous myomas. It can be performed by experienced surgeons irrespective of the size or depth of the myoma, thus worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
