胸腺五肽联合化疗治疗糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎临床的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨胸腺五肽联合化疗治疗糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法 将临床确诊的糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎70例患者随机分为治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)；对照组给予常规抗结核药物、调整血糖和胸腔穿刺抽液治疗。治疗组在上述常规治疗的基础上加用胸腺五肽注射液治疗。疗程均为30 d。比较两组间治疗后空腹血糖、体温恢复正常时间、胸水吸收时间、胸痛缓解时间。结果 治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、胸水吸收时间均优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 胸腺五肽联合化疗治疗糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎可促进空腹血糖控制、促进胸水吸收，疗效显著，且无不良反应。? 　　【关键词】胸腺五肽；抗结核药物；糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎;治疗 　　?? 　　The of clinical curative effect observation five thymus peptide combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of diabetes complicated with tuberculosis pleurisy LU Wan，xiang.The People?s Hospital of Heping Cuntrity,Guangdong 517200,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore of clinical curative effect five thymus peptide combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of diabetes complicated with tuberculosis pleurisy.Methods The clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients with 70 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35).The control group was given routine antituberculous drugs, adjustment of blood sugar and pleural puncture and drainage treatment. The treatment group in the routine treatment with thymic peptide injection on the treatment of five. The treatment lasted for 30 d. Comparison between the two groups after treatment of fasting blood glucose, the body temperature to restore the normal time, chest water absorption time, chest pain relief time. Results The treatment group after treatment, fasting blood glucose, chest water absorption time was better than the control group, two groups of comparison, the differences was statistically significant (P 0.05).
