万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, after a long practice and exploration, the effect of industrial park to promote the development of regional economy and society is more obvious, the Industrial Park greatly promoted the rapid development of regional economy in Guizhou province. But now Guizhou industrial clusters and industrial park construction is still in the primary stage of development, it seems there exists the problem of technology, capital and not reasonable industrial structure, from a deeper level to explore is not able to form a reasonable, effective promoting mechanism. Therefore, this article by Marxs philosophy as the basis, combining with the research method of economic philosophy, using comparative analysis and empirical analysis combining form, from the industrial park and regional economic development coordination angle, conducts the thorough research to the industrial agglomeration, industrial park development perspective, put forward the development of Guizhou industrial park must strengthen mechanism safeguard national macro, meso, walking area and industrial park three party cooperation micro road conclusion. Development direction for Guizhou regional economic good and fast, provides a new way for the construction of Industrial Park in southwest china. The innovation aspects, this paper compared with other papers of the same type, have more region specific, devoted to the study of industrial park development problems in Guizhou area. Stand in the development of Guizhou Industrial Park perspective development of Industrial Park in the southwest region, and provide the basis for the theory of economic development in southwest area. Of course, due to the short time and my ability is limited, this paper still has many shortcomings, for example: data collection has limitations; some theoretical viewpoints of the article is not accurate enough, some words need to carefully review; internal logic to be further rigorous thinking etc. K
