子宫切口瘢痕妊娠治疗方式分析和研究 　　[摘要] 目的 回顾性分析子宫切口瘢痕妊娠患者的临床资料，探讨不同治疗方法对子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2007年1月―2016年9月收治的138例子宫切口瘢痕妊娠患者，将其随机分为实验组与对照组，对照组采用化疗方法治疗，实验组采用化疗联合瘢痕局部病灶切除术进行治疗，对比两组患者临床治疗效果与手术情况。结果 实验组治疗有效率98.55%，并发症发病率13.04%，再次妊娠26.09%，对照组治疗有效率为85.50%，并发症发病率24.64%，再次妊娠14.50%，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 子宫切口瘢痕妊娠患者采用瘢痕局部病灶切除术联合化疗的临床效果更高，患者的术后再孕几率大，能够治疗患者疾病的同时避免损伤患者生殖功能，值得临床7鉴。 　　[关键词] 子宫切口瘢痕妊娠；化疗；手术疗法；再生育能力 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（b）-0064-03 　　Analysis and Research on the Treatment of Uterine Incision Scar Pregnancy 　　WANG Ting 　　Sanming City Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Sanming，Fujian Province， 365001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective Retrospective analysis of the treatment of uterine incision scar pregnancy，To investigate the clinical effect of different treatment methods on uterine incision scar pregnancy. Methods We convenient selection in our hospital from January 2007 to September 2016 were 138 cases of patients with uterine scar pregnancy， which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， the control group using chemotherapy treatment， experimental group was treated with chemotherapy combined with local resection of scar treatment， compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and operation situation. Results The effective rate of the experimental group 98.55%， the incidence of complications of 13.04%， pregnancy， 26.09%， the effective rate of the control group was 85.50%， the incidence of complications of 24.64% pregnancy， 14.50%， the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.
