经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折的疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 探讨经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折的疗效。方法 将我院收治的114例老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组。对照组57例给予保守疗法，而试验组57例给予经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及VAS评分的差异。结果 试验组患者临床优良率为96.50%显著高于对照组82.50%，比较具有统计学差异（P0.05）；治疗后1 w、治疗后1个月试验组患者VAS评分显著降低，其也低于同期对照组，比较具有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折效果佳，其具有较高的临床优良率，明显缓解疼痛症状，进而提高患者生存质量及身心健康，值得临床选择。 　　关键词：经皮椎体成形；老年；脊椎骨质疏松；压缩性骨折 　　中图分类号：R678.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）16-0048-02 　　Therapeutic Effect of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty Bone Cement on the Treatment of Osteoporotic Compression Fractures in the Elderly 　　XIAO Xian-jun 　　（Department of Surgery，Yibin Health School，Yibin 644000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty with bone cement for treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods In our hospital 114 cases of elderly osteoporotic compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups.57 cases in control group were given conservative treatment，and 57 cases in experimental group were given percutaneous vertebroplasty with bone cement treatment.The differences of clinical efficacy and VAS score between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 96.50%，significantly higher than that of the control group 82.50%，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；After 1 w and 1 months after treatment，the VAS score of the experimental group decreased significantly，and it was lower than that of the control group at the same time，there was a statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty bone cement injection for the treatment of osteoporotic fractures of the elderly is good，it has a high clinical excellent rate，significantly relieve pain symptoms，thereby improving the quality of life and physical and mental health，worthy of clinical choice. 　　Key words：Percutaneous vertebroplasty；Senile；Vertebral osteoporosis；Compression fractures 　　骨?|疏松症是老
