万方数据 万方数据 X 公司中压开关设备质量管理的研究 摘 要 随着电网建设规模的不断增大，电力设备故障危害的严重性，国家电网公司 慢慢开始对电力设备企业进行有组织的评选，对电力设备的采购逐步实行标准化 管理和集中规模招标，并加大对电力设备企业质量问题的责任追究力度，这些都 促使电力设备企业提高其产品的质量和服务水平。因此，电力设备企业质量管理 的研究也逐渐成为一项重要的研究课题。 中压开关设备作为电力设备中的一种，其质量管理与电力设备的质量管理在 企业质量体系的建立等方面有共同之处，但在产品性能、生产加工、售后服务等 方面也有不同之处。当前电力设备企业质量管理的研究有很多，但大多数都局限 于企业质量管理体系的建立，针对中压开关设备产品本身的质量管理的研究还处 于初级阶段。本文运用全面质量管理学原理，根据企业的产品质量管理分为生产 前、生产中和生产后三个阶段，对比 IEC/GB 标准及国家电网中压开关设备技术 规范，对中压开关设备的质量特性进行分解从而制定出具体方案，重点介绍了中 压开关设备的标准化设计、生产线的组建、零部件的质量控制程序和各检验程序， 并介绍了中压开关设备企业建立起质量文化所需要的一些理论与方法。 文章最后阐述了 X 公司中压开关设备在实施了质量管理后所取得的效果， 总结了该课题的研究为中压开关设备企业质量水平的提高所提供的借鉴意义。 关键词：中压开关设备、国家电网配电市场、全面质量管理、企业质量管理 I ABSTRACT Along with the enlarging of power grid construction and due to the seriousness of the fault and damage of electrical equipment, State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) began to choose the enterprises for electrical equipment after strict appraise and elect. SGCC also standardized the technical requirements, their purchasing procedure and implement the policy of Concentrated Bidding Inviting on electrical equipment gradually. And SGCC will increase the responsibility investigation on the fault and damage caused by electrical equipment and will inflict punishment on the relevant enterprises. All of these promote the subcontractors to enhance their own competitive capacity and assure the product quality and the after-sales service. Therefore, the researching on quality management of electrical equipment enterprises is important and necessary. As a kind of electrical equipment, medium-voltage switchgears have something in common with other electrical equipment in quality management, especially in the establishing of enterprise quality system. However, there are also a lot of difference, such as technical requirement, manufacturing process and after-sales service.
