大学毕业论文 基于港口物流谈环渤海经济圈 一体化的构建 摘 要 港口是海洋与陆地连接的桥梁，港口是海洋经济和陆地经济的交点。在经济全球化趋势增强、产业结构调整加快、经济合作与竞争共存、国际贸易进一步扩大的新形势下，港口在经济发展中的作用将更加突出。由于港口独特的区位优势及其在整个物流网络系统中的重要地位，国内外许多学者专家把港口作为现代物流研究的一个焦点，提出了港口物流的概念。 东部沿海是我国最为发达的经济带，在我国经济发展中占有极其重要的战略意义。环渤海地区交通发达，是全国港口密集区，有大小港湾40多个，青岛、大连、天津等枢纽港都分布在这个区域。环渤海经济圈已发展为继长江三角洲、珠江三角洲之后我国的第三个经济中心，近年其经济发展迅速，成为拉动我国北方经济发展的“发动机”。 本文在上述背景下展开研究工作，在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，着重分析国内港口物流的现状，系统分析港口物流在发展中遇到的问题。介绍了系统规划法、层次分析法和多元统计的方法在环渤海地区港口研究中的应用，并结合环渤海地区的特点，以系统规划港口物流网络为重点，实现环渤海经济圈一体化的规划。与此同时，给出构建环渤海经济圈一体化的策略。 关键词 环渤海；港口物流；一体化 ABSTRACT Harbor is the bridge of oceans and lands, and harbor is the node of the marine economy and the land economy. Under the new situation of the growing trend of economic globalization, the quick readjustment of the industrial structure, the coexistence of economic cooperation and competition and the further expansion of international trade, the role of the harbor in the economic development will become even more prominent. Owing to the special location advantage of port and its important status in the whole logistics network system, many experts and scholars from home and abroad focused on the port in the logistics research and advocated the conception of port logistics. The eastern coastal part of China becomes the most developed economics band of the nation, which makes it strategically important to China’s economy development. The region around Bohai Sea is a harbor -intensive area with facilitated traffic. It has more than 40 harbors, such as Qingdao harbor, Dalian harbor, Tianjin harbor and so on. These hub harbors are all in the region. The Bohai rim economic circle has been the third economic center in the following of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.
