安源煤矿瓦斯抽放课程设计 华北科技学院 课程设计题目： 姓 名： 学 号： 专业班级： 院 部： 指导教师：  摘要 ? 随着煤矿生产技术水平的快速发展，煤矿生产能力大大提高，但是随着开采深度的增加矿井瓦斯涌出量也大大增加，矿井瓦斯已成为制约煤矿安全生产的“头号大敌”。安源煤矿瓦斯赋存情况复杂，涌出量较大，仅靠通风方法难以解决瓦斯超限问题，因而对矿井进行瓦斯抽采势在必行。? 本文介绍了矿井的基本概况，对矿井瓦斯抽放的必要性与可行性进行了分析；运用分源预测法计算矿井瓦斯涌出量，并分析了不同的瓦斯抽放方法，设计了矿井的瓦斯抽放工艺；通过对井下环境的分析和抽采管径的计算，确定了抽采管路系统的相关参数；在计算抽放系统的管道阻力和瓦斯泵的流量与压力的基础上，选择了合适的瓦斯泵型号。? 本文对安源煤矿进行的瓦斯抽放设计，对降低工作面回采时瓦斯涌出量，减少瓦斯事故的发生，实现安全生产有重要作用。? ? With the rapid development of the coal mine production technology level, coal production capacity is greatly improved, but with the increase of mining depth of mine gas emission also greatly increased, mine gas has become number one enemy of coal mine safety production. This paper introduces the basic situation of the mine, the necessity and feasibility of mine gas drainage are analyzed; Mine gas emission calculated by using separate source method, and analyzes the different gas drainage methods, design the gas drainage technology of mine; Through the analysis of the underground environment and extraction from the calculation of pipe diameter, determine the related parameters of extraction pipeline system; In calculating drainage system of the pipeline resistance and the gas pump flow and pressure, on the basis of choosing the suitable gas pump type.
