河南财经政法大学本科生毕业论文（设计） 试论我国风险投资发展问题 姓　　名 学　　号 010413101392 专　　业 会计 指导教师 2014年6月19日 摘　要 风险投资（Venture Capital）简称是VC，在我国是一个约定俗成的具有特定内涵的概念，其实把它翻译成创业投资更为妥当。广义的风险投资泛指一切具有高风险、高潜在收益的投资；狭义的风险投资是指以高新技术为基础，生产与经营技术密集型产品的投资。根据美国全美风险投资协会的定义，风险投资是由职业金融家投入到新兴的、迅速发展的、具有巨大竞争潜力的企业中一种权益资本。 风险投资，又称创业投资，在发达国家兴起已有几十年的历史了，现在已经成为一个具有鲜明特点的金融投资产业——风险投资业。而我国风险投资业在学习和借鉴过程起步、发展，至今已经有20多年的时间。我国风险投资业的起步是以国有资本为主，随着发展的深化，我过的风险投资机构已经出现了资本多元化的格局。同时，各地的经济发展状况以及对于风险投资的认知水平，决定了这些风险投资机构运作的模式和管理模式的不同。本文主要通过从我国风险投资业发展、进步，来分析我国投资业的发展现状，找出我国风险投资存在的问题，提出发展对策。 关键词：风险投资 经济发展状况 发展现状 存在问题 发展对策 Abstract Venture capital (Venture Capital) is VC for short, is a common with specific connotation of the concept in our country, in fact, translate it into venture capital is more appropriate.
