成人高等教育 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 题 目：混凝土裂缝的成因及防护措施 Adult Higher Education Graduation thesis (Design) Title: the causes of concrete cracks and protective measures Complete man: Major: Civil Engineering Grade level: 2014 Guidance teacher: Completion time: School of continuing education, Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology 混凝土裂缝的成因及防护措施对现存裂缝进行修补　　加强建筑工程混凝土裂缝治理，不仅要预防，而且还要对现有的裂缝进行有效修补，以免病害蔓延。对于当前我国建筑工程施工过程中存在的混凝土裂缝问题，应当及时的组织相关人员进行修补，以免病害进一步扩大，进而影响到整个建筑工程的结构的安全性及其使用耐久性。对于已有的裂缝，可从以下几个方面处理：组织施工人员对裂缝进行灌浆，利用压力设备将预先配置好的适量修补浆液压入到混凝土裂缝位置，通过物理修补法使裂缝闭合；将裂缝表面做涂层封闭处理，再利用混凝土材料对细微的裂缝或网状的裂纹可产生的毛细作用，使其吸收修补胶液，这样就可以有效封闭混凝土施工裂缝；对施工裂缝做封堵处理，及利用水泥砂浆对建筑工程施工裂缝进行填充和封堵，必要时可对施工裂缝进行有效的事先处理（比如将裂缝处的碎石料或者粉尘清理干净），再通过填充一些材料进行封堵。Abstract: Concrete because of its material widely, low price, high compressive strength, can be cast into various shapes, and good fire resistance, not easily weathered, maintenance costs low become in the world the most versatile, the largest amount of a building materials，Study of the characteristics and performance of concrete can be more convenient application of concrete, give full play to the advantages of concrete. But the tensile strength of concrete is poor, the brittleness is big, easy to crack. So the crack of concrete has become a widespread and difficult to solve practical engineering problems. In this paper, from the concrete structure, construction site maintenance and other aspects of the common causes of cracks in concrete engineering are analyzed and discussed. In view of the causes of concrete cracks, this paper puts forward the measures to control the development of cracks in concrete structure design, selection of concrete materials, optimization of mix proportion, and maintenance of construction site.
