含油砂处理技术1.概述油田生产过程中产生的大量含油砂亟待处理，由于砂子上粘附的原油能直接渗透地层，不但对周边环境造成严重污染，同时造成大量的原油流失。该设备为集装箱结构，主要由提砂平台、油砂清洗撬块、脱水装置、输砂机等组成。2.技术特点移动式含油砂处理成套设备采用多级旋流、水力喷射、混合搅拌、药剂脱油等技术，与含油砂提升、分离、清洗、浓缩、脱水、输送工艺有机结合。设备工艺先进、结构紧凑、操作简单、运输、安装方便、处理效率高、自动化程度高。3.现场应用效果洗后砂含油量低于3000mg/kg，含水20%左右。该处理设备处理规模为5t/h。运行期间处理砂量达到5000t用于制砖。1.Brief introductionA large amount of oil-bearing sands produced during oilfield production are needed treating badly. Technical characteristics The movable complete plants for treating oil sands adopt such techniques as multi-stage cyclone, hydraulic jetting, mixing and blending, oil removal by chemicals and etc, combining with techniques such as oil sad lifting, separating, cleaning, condensing, water removal, transmission and so on. The equipment is advanced in technology, cramped in structure, simple in operation, convenient in transportation and installation, efficient in treating and highly automatic.3.Application cases at work sitesOil content in the cleaned sands is below 3000mg/kg and the water content is around 20%.
