摘要实现中国体育的社会化必须依靠体育社团，体育社团的发展最终则又归结于 各个单项体育社团的共同努力。这是中国经济体制改革的必然结果，是中国体育 体制改革的需要，是现代体育发展的必然规律。体育社团实体化发展是体育社会 化的深化过程，也是实现体育市场化、产业化的必经之路。广州市网球社团实体 化对广州市体育事业发展起着重要的作用。对其进行研究不但具有理论和践意 义，而且能促进广州市在此方面的研究进展。本文对广州市十三个市、区级网球 社团设计了调查问卷，内容涉及社团的组织结构体系、社团的活动开展与宣传、 社团的人员构成结构、社团的物质资源配置以及社团的经济状况等主要方面。通 过调查发现，由于社会基础薄弱和自身努力不够，广州市、区级网球社团的实体 化发展过程中存在种种问题，主要表现在：市民对网球社团实体化的认知情况严 重不足、社团成员构成不合理、物质资源配置不足、资金来源渠道过于单一、社 团举行活动过少且不合理、制度缺乏实用性、官民二重性严重等方面。这些问题 严重阻碍了广州市网球社团的实体化进程，滞缓了广州市体育事业的发展。针对 这些问题，提出了广州市网球社团实体化发展的对策：面向市民大力宣传实体化 知识、面向市民大力宣传招收不同层次的成员、加强物质实力、扩大资金的来源 渠道、社团活动务实化与多样化、加强制度务实化、明确政府职能等。并提出各 体育社团要持续发展就应实现政府职能明晰化，组织纲领务实化，组管理一体化， 成员主体化，物资实力化和经济实体化等六项建设目标。关键词：广州市网球社团实体化现状调查及分析ABSTRACTThe realization of Chinas sports socialization must depend on sports organization sports club development ultimately is attributed to each individual event Sports Association joint efforts.
