摘 要 2009 年，国家体育总局和教育部共同组建全国青少年校园足球工作领导小 组，在全国范围内广泛开展校园足球活动，广州是全国首批 44 个校园足球布局 城市之一。近几年广州市青少年校园足球活动在国家、省、市各级领导的关怀 指导下扎实深入开展，取得了显著成效，但也存在了一些问题。本研究通过采 用文献资料、调查访问和综合分析等方法，以参加广州市校园足球活动的中小 学为研究对象，对广州市校园足球活动开展开展情况进行调查研究。 通过研究发现，广州开展校园足球存在问题主要体现在：学校有关领导重 视不够；体育部门和教育部门合作不够密切；校园足球教练员业务素质水平不 高；半专业半业余足球运动员不重视文化教育；青少年足球竞赛体制不完善， 竞技体系与普及体系相融性较差，比赛场次不足；金牌战略的影响非常大；校 园足球活动的资金来源没有保障等。针对上述问题，本研究提出了相应对策与 建议：完善人才培养结构体系，促进青少年全面发展；加强教练员队伍建设， 提高教练员自身素质，完善教练员管理制度；优化完善竞赛体系；增加资金投 入，实现经费来源多元化渠道；加强青少年文化课教育，拓宽青少年运动员出 路，打开后备人才成材瓶颈；净化足球环境，吸引更多青少年参与足球运动； 加强与教育部门的沟通，倡导“体教结合，优势互补”；加强与社会各界的联系， 建立广泛的协调关系等等。 关键词：广州市，校园足球，青少年，发展 I ABSTRACT In 2009, the National Youth school football Work Leading Group was founded by the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education .which arising a comprehensive school football activities in the whole country .Guangzhou is one of the first 44 City of school football layout . In recent years, Guangzhou youth campus football activities have depth development and make remarkable achievements under the guidance of government ， But there are also some problems.The study use the elementary and middle school who participate in the campus football activities in guangzhou as the research object, to survey the situation of campus football activities , through refer to the literature ,survey date from others , comprehensive the methods of analysis and so on . Through the study, We found that the main problems of carrying out campus football in Guangzhou City are as follows: the school leaders attach few importance on campus football; sports sector and education sector don’t cooperate closely; the football coaches at school is not professional ;the semi-professional soccer pay too few attention to culture leaning; the Juvenile football competition system is imperfect, the competitive system and universal system Integrate poorly, and the number of games is too small; the gold medal strategy affect too much; the fund of campus f
