摘要本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和竞赛现场观察统计法等研究方法，对广 州市裁判员队伍的现状进行了调查和分析。调查表明广州市网球裁判事业无论是 在业务水平、发展方向，还是在国际化方面都还存在不少有待提高和完善的问题， 进而对这些问题进行分析研究，为广州市裁判员队伍的发展提供现实依据和理论 依据。关键词：网球； 裁判员；广州市；培养AbstractIn this paper, using literature, expert interviews and live observation, statistics and other research methods for status of the investigation and analysis of Guangzhou referee team.
