ABSTRACTChapter four is the introduction of the foreign experience of patent insurance, including U.S.A and EU. First of all introducing the background and current situation of patent insurance system of the two countries, and then to compare the similarities and differences of various patent insurance system, hoping to accumulate valuable experience on the establishment of our patent insurance system.Chapter five is for the implementation of patent law of insurance suggestions and considerations. In this part of the implementation of the patent insurance is to show how the probable obstacles and related suggestions.
