AbstractThe rapid development of modern telecommunications has led to increased competition in telecom industry, especially after the spring up of mobile Internet and big data technologies, telecom companies require faster, more intelligent and particular method of data management and analysis, it will be significant to improve the efficiency and ability of data process in telecom companies. Business process and task assignment have a low level of automation and information sharing in current domestic Telecom Management Analysis System, while the system has a lack of scientific management and re-use about the historical database scripts, this situation restrict the ability of data processing in the Management Analysis System.Workflow is an effective technology to improve business process; it will coordinate activities and automate business by means of sequencing work activities and invoking appropriate human and/or information resources associated with these activities. In this article, characteristics of the business and tasks in Telecom industry data warehouse and Management Analysis system will be discussed, combined with concepts of workflow and current research about task assignment, a strategy based on text similarity calculation is proposed to achieve task assignment and re- use of historical database scripts to improve the ability and efficiency in data process and business process.
