FaultDetectionandEstimationAlgorithmsforaClassofSystemswithMultiplicativeNoiseAbstractInmodernsociety,withthedevelopmentofproductionengineering,it’sveryimportanttoraisethereliabilityofcontrolsystems,whilethefaultdetectiontechnol-ogyisaneffectiveway.Now,fortheclassicallinearsystems,therehavebeenlotsofresearchachieve-mentsaboutfaultdetectionandestimationalgorithms,suchasmethodsofanalyticalmodel,knowledgeandsignalprocessing.Whileinactualsystems,liketheoilseismicexploration,underwatertargettrackingandsoon,thesystemmodelsareusuallynon-linear,andthesignalisaffectedbydelay,distortion,andattenuationinthetrans-missionprocess,whicharecalledthemultiplicativenoise,whosecharacteristicscan’tbedescribedbytheadditivenoise.Soresearchonthefaultdetectionandestimationforthesystemwithmultiplicativenoiseisofbroadersignificance.Thesystemwithmultiplicativenoisedescribedinthisthesisreferstoaclassofsystemswhoseinnovationisapproximatelynormal.Forthesesystems,themainstudyisintroducedasfollows:Thejudgmentwhethertheobserveddataorinnovationisapproximatelynor-malisprovidedandaccordingly,thefaultdetectionandamplitudeestimationmethodisdevelopedforthesystemwithmultiplicativenoiseontheconditionofapproxi-matelynormalinnovation.Filter-basedfaultdetectionandestimationalgorithmforsystemswithmulti-plicativenoisewhoseinnovationisapproximatelynormalisproposed.Thetimeoffaultgenerationisdetectedaccordingtothestatisticalcharacteristicschangedbeforeandafterthefaultgeneration.Afterthat,theamplitudeoffaultisestimatedbyuseofthestatefilteringalgorithmforsystemswithmultiplicativenoiseandgeneralizedlikelihoodratio.Thefaultdetectionandestimationforsystemswithmultiplicativenoisebasedonthesmoothingalgorithmisproposed.Althoughthefaultdetectionalgorithmbasedonfilteringalgorithmcanrealizethereal-timejudgment,theobserveddataisinade-quatetoguaranteetheaccuracy.Inordertoimprovetheestimationaccuracy,thefaultdetectionbasedonthesmoothingalgorithmispresentedfurther.Likewise,thetimeoffaultisdetectedbythechangeofinnovationmathematic
