AbstractThedemandsofvanadiumproductsishigherandhigherinsomeindustriessuchasaerospaceaviation,electronics,electrochemicalindustrywiththebroadeningoftheapplicationfieldofvanadium.Butinindustrialproduction,thepurityofV2O5fromtraditionalvanadiumprecipitationwithammoniumsaltunabletofurtherenhanceafterroasting.Therefore,ithasagreatsignificancethatrasearchingtheimpactofimpurityionsinvanadiumprecipitationwithacidicammoniumsaltandhowtoeliminatetheinfluenceofimpurityions.Strippingsolution,obtainedone-stepofvanadiumextractionprocessfromstonecoalwhichwastookfromsomewhereinHubeiProvince,wastherawmaterialinthestudyofprecipitationofvanadiumbyacidicammonium.Thebestconditionsofvanadiumprecipitationwithacidicammoniumsaltwasconfirmedinthestudy.Andbyresearchingthebehaviorofimpurityionsintheprocessofthesimulatedstripliquorvanadiumprecipitationwithacidicammoniumsalt,theinfluencemechanismonimpurityionsinvanadiumprecipitationwithacidicammoniumsaltwasacquired.Accordingtotheinfluenceofimpurityionsmechanism,thestudymadethefinalmethodofremovingaluminumandobtainedtheV2O5productssubjecttothenationalstandardmetallurgicalgrade99.Thencometotheconclusionthatwhen8%H2SO4wastobethestrippingagent,thevanadiumconcentrationandpHwredeterminedtobe19.91g/L,－0.18,precipitationtimewasacceptedaboutone-hour,temperatureofprecipitationwasdeterminedtobeabove70℃,2.0wascreatedtheoptimalamountofvanadiumprecipitationpH,andstirringintensitywaslimitedto400r/min.Inthiscondition,thevanadiumprecipitationratecanbeashighas99.27%,andammoniumpolyvanadatepuritycanalsogotoabout98.45%.Researchhasshownthat:inadditiontotheFe,PandAlontheprecipitationisIIIsignificantlyinfluencedtherateofvanadium,theeffectofotherionsonvanadiumrateisverysmall.Fe,Al,Ca,K,Na,PcanseriouslyaffectvanadiumproductsAPVcrystalmorphologyandthepurityofV2O5.Fe,Mg,Al,Ca,Na,PcanchangethecoloroftheproductV2O5.Meanwhile,Fe,Al,P,willchangethepHofthemotherliquorandthecostofthedisposeofmotherliquorwillbeincreased.Ammoniawasusedtoremovealuminuminthestripliquorandthebestcond
