Hydraul ic drawing device is the key equipment in press machine which controls the production quality in auto-body paneJ forming process，and thus is important to regular production. Consequently，the reasonable design of electrical control system of hydraulicdrawing device is significant to improve the quality of auto-body panel production.The electricaI control system of hydrauIic drawing device is investigated企om the foll owing aspects:The structure and operation principle of hydraulic drawing device is analysed，and also the principle and composition characteristics of closed loop electro-hydraulic servo controI of each drawing cylinder is studied..，VEE，A，IBased on the requirement analysis of electrical control of hydraulic drawing device，the network configuration and the main hardware of control，、》、system are designed. 丁he electrical principle chart is also designed according to technical requirement.The PLC program of hydraulic drawing device control system is designedbased on the pJogramming ideal of modulization. This PLC program is comprised of the programs uscd for controIIing cyclic cooling pump ，controJJed oil pump ，oil filter，pumping station pressure ，pumping station heating andoperational moòel ofhydraulic drawing device.The touch 句pe programmable terminal control program ，which consists of the control scrcen for the total controJ interface，the set up of force in drawing process，the alarming display and the electric motor of pumping station，isdeveloped using Pro-Face. Thus，the interface between user and the system isachieved.The hydraulic drawing device is modified and tested on spot.The designed electrical control system has
