AbstractWhenH2Scontentingassurpassesacertainstandard,thelatterwillleadtolow-qualitysteelifusedinsteel-making,catalystpoisoningaswellasequipmentcorrosionifusedinthegenerationofNH3,andtoxiccombustionproductSO2ifusedhomely.Therefore,H2Sremovalfromgasisofgreatsignificance.Intheexperiment,thecatalystV2O5/A12O3withdifferentconcentrationof3%,4%,and5%,obtainedthroughimpregnation,isadoptedforH2Sremovalthroughselectivecatalyticoxidation.TheinitialconcentrationofH2SsimulatestheH2Sconcentrationinexitgas.Theoperatingconditionsareasfollows:theflowvelocityofH2Sis130ml/min;theflowvelocityofairis10ml/min;theflowvelocityofN2is400ml/minand700ml/min;thetemperaturerangeis60~180℃and230～270℃.O2:H2Siscontrolledaround0.8:1.TheexperimentteststheH2Sremovalratiobythecatalystsinthetemperaturerangeof60~180℃.Asthetemperaturerises,theH2Sremovalratiosunderthethreeconditionsallshowupwardtrend,whilethecatalystwitha5%concentrationworksbest.ThestandingtimeiscontrolledbytheflowvelocityofN2.WhentheflowvelocityofN2isadjustedfrom400ml/minto700ml/min,theremovalratiosinthecaseofthecatalystswith4%and5%concentrationallreduce.ThisshowsthatthestandingtimehasanimpactontheH2Sremovalratio.Thestandingtimeisanimportantfactoroftheexperiment,whichisconcernedwiththeselectivityofcatalysts.ToavoidthegenerationofSO2,anappropriateO-Sratioisneeded.Theoptimalratioinprincipleis0.5:1,whilethisexperimentadopt0.8:1.Inthetemperaturerangeof60~180℃,noSO2wasdetected.Intherangeof230~270℃,thegenerationofSO2risewithO-Sratio.AfteranX-raydiffractionanalysis,thethreekindsofusedcatalystswithdifferentconcentrationallshowtheexistenceofsulfur.Theresidualsulfurpowderinthetesttubealsoprovesthegenerationofsulfur.Keyword:H2SSelectiveoxidationCatalystGasRemovalratio目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1前言...............................................
