celldifferentiationanddeath;thesametime，cellcycleregulationhasmanyimportantphysiologicalfunctionsandacrucialrole.Therefore，wehavereasonstobelievethattheremaybecontrolofthegradualprogressofthecellcyclethroughtheentireperiodofcellgrowthanddevelopment.Thecellcycleregulatoryproteinsisnuclearproteinwhichinterrelatedconstraintsofdifferentfunctions，accordingtotheroleofcellcyclecontrolproteins，itcanbedividedintocellcyclecontrolproteins(includingCyclin，CDK，andpRb)andcellcyclenegativecontrolproteins(CKIfamily).Asagroupofproteinwithcyclicchangesintheappearanceanddisappearance，cellcycleproteins(Cyclin)arewiderangeofmoleculeswhichcontrolledthecellcycleeukaryoteingfromyeasttohumans.TheregulationofCyclinplaysanimportantroleinthenormalcellcycle.Currently，thereare20kindsofCyclinfoundinmammaliancells.AclearregulationofthecellcycleismainlyCyclinA，B，C，DandE，Cyclinmoleculesarehighlyconservedevolutionarily，whichmolecularstructurehasaCyclinboxsequence，CyclinandCDKcombinedintocomplexregulatingofcellcycleorplayingthefunctionoftranscription;ThecontentofCDKisrelativelyconstantinvariousstagescellcycle，theactivityofCDKisdependentontheregulationofCyclin.CDKmustbecombinedwiththecorrespondingofCyclinandhadactivityorinactivitydepentonphosphorylationordephosphorylationinthecertainparts，Cyclinandrelatedmoleculesofcellcycleregulationishotspotsintheresearch.Negativecellcyclecontrolprotein(CKIfamily)，includingP21，P27，P57，etc.，caninhibitactivityofmostknownCyclin－CDKcomplexkinase，andplayimportantroleontheearlyandlateG1phase，Sphaseandotherphase，theCKI，whichdistributionandfunctionvaryindifferentcells，isthemainstudyinnowadays.Toexaminethemechanismsofcontactinhibition，wechosethreetypesofcellcycleassociatingproteinwithCyclinA，CyclinD1andP27asamarkertoobservethemintheprocessofproliferationandinexpressionofcontactinhibition，anddiscusstheinteractionbetweenthecontactinhibitionandcellcycleregulation.Inthisstudy，wedetectexpressionofCyclinA，CyclinD1andP27proteinunderthesemi-convergencestateandconfluencestateofastrocy
