鄂北棉区引进棉花雄性不育系育性稳定性鉴定   摘要:以引进的7个棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)不育系为材料,通过自交鉴定其育性稳定性。试验分为2组,一组是从7月8日开始,用4个优良自交系做保持系分别与7个不育系中下部果枝花蕾杂交,重复3次,即每个优良自交系给不育系授粉3次;另一组是将7个不育系的中上部果枝花蕾进行人工捆花,使之完全自交,15~20 d结束。结果表明,10G0021不育系中上部果枝花蕾完全自交的可育株率、成铃率均为0.00%,不育度为100.00%。其余的6个不育系可育株率为4.35%~10.29%,成铃率为0.81%~2.67%,不育度为97.33%~99.19%。对完全自交不育的中下部杂交铃可以放心采摘,反之,怀疑是可育株的统统不采摘,这样更进一步保证了不育系所制杂交种的纯度。说明所引进的不育系的育性不受环境因素的影响,具有较高的不育度。最后阐述了识别雄性不育系的方法。   关键词:棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.);不育系;可育株率;成铃率;不育度   中图分类号:S562;S334.5 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2012)07-1317-03      Sterile Stability of Male Sterile Lines Introduced to Cotton Region in Northern Hubei      CHEN Shan-jie,YAN Xian-hui,TANG San-ming,LI Rui-qi   (Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xiangyang 441057, Hubei, China)      Abstract: Severn introduced cotton sterile lines were used to identify their fertility stability through self-crossing. Two experiments were carried out. One was carried out since July 8. Four elite inbred li???es were used as maintainer lines to hybrid with seven CMS in the lower branch buds respectively with 3 replications. The other was that within 15~20 d, all the upper branch buds of seven male sterile lines were completely self-crossed. The results indicated that for the completely self-crossed upper branch bud, the fertile plant rate, boll rate and sterility were 0.00%, 0.00% and 100.00% for male sterile line 10G0021; and 4.35%~10.29%, 0.81%~2.67% and 97.33%~99.19% for the other 6 lines. To ensure the purity of male sterile lines, only the hybrid bolls from the lower brunch buds, which were completely self-sterile, could be picked up. It was also indicated that the male sterile lines introduced were not influenced by environmental factors. The method for identifying male sterile line was also described.
