This study, starting from the point of view of the instructional design, referring to the theory of reverse design and other documents, adopting action research method, aims to design a case for PE Teaching in China by using the backward design framework .The second aim is to explore how to follow the teaching laws and teaching requirements during the case design The backward design theory is a new curriculum design theory, which is proposed by American educators Wiggins and Maiketai in the United States in the 1990s. The theory is goal-oriented and the teaching goals should accord with the objective evaluation. At the same time, how to select the teaching content and organize the teaching activities should be based on the teaching goals and the needs of students. This design is helpful for students to study and helpful to enable students to learn how to study as well. The backward design theory is not only popularized in the United States, but also has been widely applied among Primary School, Middle School and College in Canada, Europe and Australia Teaching goal is to reach a good learning effect, so that students are not only able to accept and understand knowledge and skills, but also able to apply knowledge and skills in a creative way.
