摘要大学是人才的摇篮，作为高校教育工作者，高校学生辅导员正发挥着越来越重要的作用，他是中国高校思想政治教育的核心力量，他们认真贯彻党的教育方针，能确保党的教育政策在大学生中的认真推行，能保证及时完成党的教育任务和目标。他们与大学生接触最多，他们是高校思想政治教育的一线工作者，他们直接管理学生，服务学生，教育学生，他们在高等教育的大环境中，他们的言行直接对大学生的良好的人格，进取的思想，有着深远的影响，他们为社会承担着培养合格，全面的有用人才，正式因为他们扮演者越来越重要的角色，而我们所处的国内外形势发生了又巨大而深刻的变化，我国高校辅导员队伍建设问题越来越多，本文通过对我国高校辅导员工作的历史与现状分析，结合人力资源管理理论，借鉴国内外有关高校辅导员队伍建设的经验，以文献法与调查研究等方法，对高校辅导员队伍建设做了一些理论性探讨。关键词：辅导员；人力资源；队伍建设；AbstractThecradleoftalentsinUniversity,asoneoftheeducatorscounselorsisplayingamoreandmoreimportantrole.HeisanimportantpartofIdeologicalandpoliticalworkofcollegestudentsinChina,istheguaranteeofthepartyseducationpolicyconscientiously,thetaskofeducationtimelycompletionandtheeducationalgoalsmoothrealizationoffront-lineworkers.Theirentireeducationintheuniversityenvironment,inhighereducation,thetotaltargetcultivateusefultalentscomprehensively,qualifiedforthesociety,theroleisextremelyimportant,theytakeonthecorrectguidetocollegestudentsOutlookonlife,thevaluesoftheguidanceandtrainingduties,theydirectthinkingpoliticaleducationanddailymanagementofCollegestudents,themostcontactwithstudents,playsaroleincultivatingthestudentssoundpersonality,goodconduct,enterprisingspirit,innovationabilityrole.Profoundchangeshavetakenplaceinthesituationathomeandabroad,moreandmorecollegeinstructorteamconstructioninChina,thehistoryandcurrentsituationanalysisofChinascollegecounselorswork,combinedwithhumanresourcemanagementtheory,drawingontheexperienceoftheconstructionofuniversitycounselorteamathomeandabroad,withthemethodsofliteratureandinvestigationandstudyso,dosometheoreticalresearchontheconstructionofcollegecounselorsteam.Keywords:humanresource;counselor;teamconstruction;目录摘要..........................................................................................................................1Abstract.............................................................................................................................II导言........................................................................................
