Insulin-likegrowthfactor-Ⅰ,Ⅱandinsulin-likegrowthfactorbindingprotein-3intheroleoffetalgrowthrestrictionandtheirchangesbytheamnioinfusiontherapyAbstractObjective：1、Toexploretherelationshipbetweeninsulin-likegrowthfactor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、insulin-likegrowthfactor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)、insulin-likegrowthfactorbindingprotein-3andfetalgrowthrestriction.Toprovidethenewideasandexperimentalbasisfortheclinicaldiagnosisandtreatment.2、BycopmparingthechangesofIGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGFBP-3levelsinmaternalserum、ammioticfluidandinfantumbilicalcordafteramnioinfusionandintravenousinfusiontothefetalgrowthrestrictonrespectivelytofurthervelucidatetherelationshipbetweentheinsulin-likegrowthfactorsystemandfetalgrowthrestriction.Toprovidethetheoreticalbasisforthefeasibilityandscienceoftheamnioinfusiontothefetalgrowthrestriction.Materialsandmethods1、SamplesChoosethe60medium-termpregnantwomenwithFGRbyclinicaldiagnosisintheAffilicatedGuangzhouFirstPeople’sHospitalofGuangzhouMedicalCollegeObstetricfromJune2007～December2010asexperimentalgroup,24～32weeksofpregnancy,aged20～39years.FGRgroupwasrandomlydevidedintointaminioticinfusiongroup(FGR1group)andintavwnousinfusiongroup(FGR2group),eachgrouphas30women;30artificiallaborsynchronizationmid-pregantwomenwithoutcomplicationsarechoosedasthecontrolgroup1atthesametime,24～32weeksofpregnancy,aged19～40years.select30deliverynormalwomenwithoutcomplicationsintheAffilicatedGuangzhouFirstPeople’sHospitalofGuangzhouMedicalCollegeObstetricfromJune2007～December2010ascontrolgroup2，37～41weeksofpregnancy,aged20～40years.FGRgroupofpregnantwomenatdeliveryaftertreatmentwith37to41weeksgestation.Allthecasesselectedwerewithoutothermedicalcomplicationsandpregnancycomplications,theiraverageagesandgestationalageswerenodifference.2、Methods（1）FGRgroupofpregnantwomenandcontrol1groupwomenweredrawedaminioticfluid10mlbyamniocentesisandVenousblood10ml.TheywereusedtodeterminetheIGF-Ⅰ,IGF-ⅡandIGFBP-3levels.（2）FGRandnormalcontrol2groupwomenbeforedelivery(naturaldeliveryorcaesareansection)weredrawedvenousblood10ml,amn
