摘要摘要学习投入(Student Engagement)测量的是大学生投入到有效教育活动中的时间和精 力,以及大学对学生投入行为的重视程度。通过对大学生学习投入的调查,可以了解学 生在大学期间投入各个维度的有效教育活动的程度及其影响因素,进而分析和评价高等 院校的质量。本研究在对学习投入进行界定的基础上,以 H 大学本科生为研究对象,调 查他们在学校期间参加课程学习和课外活动的努力程度,以及对于自我收获的评价情 况。调查问卷包括“学业投入”、“主动合作学习”、“生师互动”、“教育经验的丰富度”、 “校园环境的支持度”以及“学生收获自评”六个部分。研究结论如下:(1)H 大学学 生总体学习投入水平偏低;(2)生师互动水平偏低;(3)不同年级的学生的学习投入上 存在显著性差异;(4)学生学习投入程度对个人发展有积极影响;(5)学生学习投入对 教育质量满意度、学生忠诚度等有积极影响。最后,根据研究结论,提出了提高学生学 习投入程度的建议。关键词高等教育质量学习投入收获自评满意度AbstractAbstractStudent Engagement measured the time and energy that university student participate into the effective educational activities,and the level that university emphasis on the behavior of student participation. Participation by students in the survey, college students canunderstand the various dimensions of effective participation in learning activities and influencing factors,and then analyze and evaluate the quality of higher education,for the institutions to provide empirical data to support the reform.This paper defines the University Student Engagement,then combines with students in HUniversity , investigates their frequency and effort to study and other extracurricular activities,also include their results self-evaluations. The whole survey includes six parts as “the level of academic challenge”,“initiative cooperative learning”,“teacher-student interaction frequency”,“the richness of the educational experience” ,“supportive campus environment” and“students results self-evaluation”. The results are:(1) the overall participation level is not high;(2)insufficient teacher’s teaching input;(3)different individual characteristics of students in engagement level differences;(4)Student participation has a positive impact on the personal development;(5)Student participation has a positive effect on student satisfaction.
