The first section focus on the development history and its application future of the IPD. The second section will study the IPD theory system and its architecture through integration and modularization. Among them we’ll focus on multi-department team, structure procedure, project management and pipeline management, asynchronous development, common building block and $APPEALS. In the third part, we’ll use the practical case in HW company as study model, introduce how the IPD get into HW company and research on development flow, decision evaluation procedure, the main activities in each phase and technically evaluation. The fourth section will analyze and summarize the key point related the IPD implementation in the enterprise, and point out that the keys to the IPD success lies in reform management, team-based management, financial management and project management.It’s worth to mention that HW company paid a lot of attention on the new product development, which keep Invest more than 10 percent of its revenue on new product development each year. HW introduced IPD since 1998, which is one of the earliest Chinese companies to get involved withIPD.
