AbstractNowadays,theattentionofhighereducationisfocusedonthestudentsorconcentratedintheworkofteachers.theyalwaysignoretheteacherjobsatisfaction.Buttheteachersjobsatisfactionhasbeenthoughtasaveryimportantpartintheschoolmanagementbythemanager.Howtoimproveteachersjobsatisfaction?Ithasbecomeabigproblemtotheschool.Inallusiontotheactualcharacteristicofjobsatisfaction,thisarticleinvestigatestheevaluationmethodofteachersjobsatisfaction;thisresearchisbasedonthebroadsurveyanddeepanalysistotheevaluationmethodofteachersjobsatisfaction.Withthehelpfrommysupervisor,throughseveralmodification,theauthorsetuptheteachersjobsatisfactionevaluationindexsystemanddesignthequestionnairenamed《theteachersjobsatisfactionsurveyfortheHuazhonguniversityofscienceandtechnology》.Usingtheself-madequestionnaireforuniversity-facultyjob-satisfaction,theauthorinvestigates122universityteachersintheHUST.Dothereliabilityanalysisandt-testbytheSPSS13.0forwindows.Basedontheindexsystem,usinglevelanalysismethodtomakecertaintheweightoftheeachindex.Usingthemultilevelfuzzyintegrativeevaluationmethod,wecanappraiseteachersjobsatisfactioninHUST.Thefinalresultofthisinvestigationisinmiddlelever.Useananalyticalofthematrixofthesingle-itemindexsignanalysismethodtofindtheadvantageindex,theproblemindex,themaintenanceindex,theindexneedtoimprove,andcarriedonanalysistotheindexsign.Wefindthemostimportantindexistheequityontheperformanceappraisal,itwilldirectlyaffecttheentirejobsatisfactionresultsdirection.Basedontheaboveresults,theauthormakesthefollowingsuggestions:improvingtheevaluationmechanis,reinforcingthesystemofincentives,carryingHumanisticmanagement.Thosethreeaspectsofthemanagementhasputforwardtoimproveteachersatisfaction,therebyenhancingthecompetitivenessoftheschool.Keywords：HuazhongUniversityofScienceTechnologyCollegeTeachersJobSatisfactionFuzzycomprehensiveevaluation目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract................................
