Using this method ，the coherency function of the ground motions under the inconsistent excitation can be obtained . Several numerical examples are given in this paper to show its possible application to estimate the spatial incoherence of earthquake ground motion. The results indicate that the local site conditions have great effects on the seismic ground motion under inconsistent excitations.
