摘要 被动式多眼定位器是计算机辅助手术中用来确定手术器械空间位置的系 统 被动式多眼定位器是一个非常复杂的系统 它涉及计算机科学 图象处理 和模式识别 光学 机械等众多领域 本文首先介绍了计算机辅助手术的概况 空间定位器在计算机辅助手术中的作用和目前常用的空间立体定位器的方法 从而阐明研究被动式多眼定位器的意义 然后 介绍被动式多眼定位器系统的 系统整体构架并逐个对各个模块从原理到系统实现方法进行研究 最后 针对 目前已有系统的主要问题进行分析 并提出多种改进方案 作为应用于临床的医疗器械 系统的精度和速度是最重要的两个因素 系 统的速度与摄像机的性能 图象采集卡的速度 目标标记物的特性 标记物的 识别算法有关 为了提高整个系统的速度 本文使用 DSP 来处理整个系统中最 费时的目标识别部分 希望能够利用 DSP 优越的数字信号处理的功能来加快图 象处理的速度 但是 系统的速度提高不应该影响系统的精度 以牺牲精度简 化图象处理的算法来提高速度是不足取的 由于被动式多眼定位器目前还只是停留在理论研究阶段 而且以前的工作 主要侧重于原理的探讨 所以本文力图从工程的角度对整个系统目前为止的工 作进行总结 对系统必要的模块进行规划 并对今后系统的研究和发展提出意 见和理论依据 希望今后工作可以有的放矢的逐步开展 另外 本文还对目前系统设计的一些不足之处提出了个人的看法 其中 主要是针对引入了 DSP 后的系统进行讨论 指出了目前影响系统速度的主要问 题所在 并对此提出了三种解决方案 最后对三种方案进行比较 指出各自的 优缺点 被动式多眼定位器具有精度高 无创伤等优点 是定位器今后发展的方向 但是 目前这种定位器的造价太高 如何设计出造价较低 且能达到较高精度 的系统是今后研究的方向 关键词: 被动式多眼定位器 DSP 目标识别 THE STUDY AND IMPROVEMENT OF PASSIVE MULTI-EYE IN COMPUTER ASSISTED SURGERY ABSTRACT Passive multi-eye localizer, a very promising system of localizer, is used to localize the position of the instruments in Computer Assisted Surgery (CAS). It relates to many field ,such as computer science, image processing, optics and mechanics. The overview of the Computer Assisted Surgery is introduced in this thesis. The we give a summar y of the 3D localizers used in CAS and the modules of which one system consists. The explanation of the principle and system implementation are followed next. Finally, the main problems in current system and some improvement methods are presented. As an instrument used in clinic operation, accuracy and speed are two most critical factors. The speed of the system may be slowed by the quality of the camera, the speed of the image capture ,the character of the mark and the algorithm. DSP (Digital Signal Processing), which has strong ability of digital signal processing, is introduced to deal with object recognition module — the most time-consumption part —to accelerate the speed of the whole system.
