从资产管理效率的角度对企业营运能力的分析 ——以美菱公司为例 摘要：营运能力是企业是企业充分利用现有资源创造社会财富，产生经济利益的一种市场经济行为，一个企业综合竞争力的价值程度就是需要通过营运能力的评价来进行体现。而营运能力的经济本质就是企业应该以最有效的资源使用，最合理的资产运转周期，创造出尽可能多的企业产品或者利益价值。因此资产管理的实际效率对于营运能力就有着至关重要的作用。 本文选取家电行业的上市公司作为研究的主要对象，从资产管理效率的视角系统全面的考察美菱公司实际营运能力的高低，进一步对公司的营运能力进行全面的分析和论证。以有关指标（譬如总资产周转率、流动资产周转率和固定资产周转率等）为基础，对影响营运能力的因素进行分析，并对这些影响因素进行简单的验证，解决上市公司资源利用不合理以及效率差等问题，实践之间搭建实现的桥梁，并根据分析结果提出对策和建议。 关键词：资产管理效率；营运能力；分析研究 Analysis on the operation ability of enterprises from the perspective of asset management efficiency -- Taking MeiLing company as an example Abstract：Operation ability is the enterprise is the enterprises to make full use of existing resources to create social wealth, generate economic benefits of economy of a kind of market behavior, a comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise value is the need to through the evaluation of the operation ability to be reflected. And operational capacity of the economic nature of the enterprise should be the most efficient use of resources, the most reasonable asset cycle, to create as much as possible the value of the companys products or benefits. So the actual efficiency of asset management has a vital role in the enterprise operation ability. This paper selects the appliance industry listed companies as the main research object, from the level of asset management efficiency from the perspective of the system comprehensive study Meiling company actual operation ability and operation ability of listed enterprises were comprehensive analysis and demonstration. Related indicators (including total assets turnover rate and turnover of current assets and fixed assets turnover ratio, etc.) based, factors to affect the operation ability analysis, and to verify simple these factors, solve the resources of listed companies by unreasonable and poor efficiency of and practice set up to achieve the bridge, and according to the analysis results, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
