Frog effect（青蛙效应）;If we put a frog into boiling water,it will feel enormous（巨大的）painful than jump out of the water to save its life.But if we put a frog into the warm water,and the water is gradually heating.Because the frog slowly adapted to the comfortable temperature,when the temperature has elevated（提高） to a too high degree,the frog never has its power to jump out of the water,finally it will be died.And we can see the frog are died comfortably by the gradually hot water. ;青蛙效应的含义;Frog effect originate from the famous “frog test” in Cornell University USA in the late 19 centry.It is a famous law of management and widely use in enterprise management and crisis management.;Like a freshman in a university.When he was in his high school,The teachers and parents made his focus on his study.But when he enters the college,he is like a frog putting into the warm water.Then if he do not care about this and doesn’t study but addicted to the computer games or drink himself.Time flies,after four years,what will happen to this “freshman”?There is no company will offer a job for a man who is only can play games or drink.Just like the frog has no ability to jump out of the heating water.Because it is too late for everything. ;What should we do?;thank you~
