Logistics Finance is a combination of logistics and finance which is a multi-agent, multi-win service model and innovative product. Many companies rush to carry out the business because it can take great benefits for the participants. However, due to a weak sense of risk management and low level of risk assessment, the third-party logistics enterprises are restricted in the development of logistics financial business. Logistics and financial risk assessment study is developing rapidly currently, and some evaluation methods have been applied to the actual work, but there are many problems, mainly reflected in: (a) study used a single subjective or objective analysis methods; (2) evaluation index system inadequate; (3) data accessibility is poor. These defects greatly affect the accuracy of risk assessment of logistics financial services, and also restrict their development. This paper studies the applications of AHP-BP model for risk assessment which is a combination of subjective and objective method. This method can not only overcome the shortcomings of single evaluation method, but also can significantly improve the availability of data by AHP. In the risk assessment index system, this paper combined with pre-scholars study, business models processes and the actual workers’ experience, which trying to establish a more comprehensive and practical indicators system. This paper is divided into three parts: The first part includes the first three chapters, mainly research status, meanings, index system, as well as the relevant theoretical basis for the model; the second part is to build the model and empirical studies, the model proved by example practicality; the third part is the lack of this article and future research prospects.
