AbstractToday, the rapid development of science and technology, digital mobile medical electronic equipment gradually replace the traditional medical workflow, medical changed dramatically. ECG is an important examination method to check heart disease, which great harm to the life and health. ECG is essential to us, we should pay attention to it timely. So some portable ECG equipment came into being. The same time ,the Android smart phone has the rapid spread. Therefore, the study of physiological signal analysis system based on Android has significant value and application prospect.This paper first introduces the topic research background, significance and development prospects. Secondly, the framework of the whole system, hardware and software are introduced, including system hardware modules and software function. Then ECG signal feature extraction method and java programming are introduced in detail, to realize the application of automatic analysis. Lastly, introduces ECG analysis algorithms and then analysis results are displayed on the Android phone. Main innovations of the thesis include:This project design a complete set of ECG acquisition and analysis system based on the Android smart phone system. First of all, use ECG acquisition module for data acquisition, then collected signal transmission to the MSP430F149 chip for processing. And then display on Android smart phone via Bluetooth transmission module. There also build a center server, the user information and the ECG data are stored on the server. And access the database, these data and information can be read by Android smart phones, and return to the Android phone displayed.ECG analysis algorithm based on smart phone system is one of innovations of the thesis. Not only traditional ECG characteristic parameter extraction, also introduces the complexity analysis method of heart rate variability. And show on the Android phone, reaction to the state of health of the cardiovascular system of the subjects.
